1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat
the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels. 2. Combine the minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried
thyme, black pepper, kosher salt, sweet paprika, honey, tamari soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and a tablespoon of olive oil
in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. 3. Place the pork tenderloin i
a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, making sure it's evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for
at least 30 minutes, but ideally 2 hours to allow the flavors to penetrate. 4. Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a
large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the marinated pork tenderloins and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until each side is nicely
browned. 5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of
the pork reaches 145°F (63°C) 6. Once done, remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for about 5-10
minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
Slice the pork into medallions and drizzle with any remaining marinade from the pan. Serve warm with your favorite sides. |
