Preheat convection oven to 300 degrees F Place oats, pumpkin
seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, pecans, syrup, olive oil, sugar, and half of the salt in a large bowl and mix until well
combined. Spread granola mixture in an even layer on a sheet trays lined with a silpat. Transfer to oven
and bake, stirring every 10 minutes, until granola is toasted, about 35 minutes. Remove granola
from oven and season with the remaining salt. When the mix is cooled, add the golden raisins and
the sour cherries. This should yield 10qts of granola. |
