  ____________first step _____have rice ready
   * Wash and drain the Sushi rice
         three time using cold water. 
  
         * Cook the rice in hot but non boiling water over a double
         boiler, for 30 minutes
   * Drain
         the rice and cool it under cold running water
 
  ____________second step___cook rice in milk
   - 1/2 liter cold milk
   - 3/4 liter cooked rice
 
  ____________third step_____confection the pudding
   - 3/8 liter whipped cream (half way or
         soft peak)
