Alternate flour and dates into the batter Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325 F As soon as theycome out, dunk in warm Butterscotch BUTTERSCOTCH - 2 lb Sugar - 1 cup Ligh Corn Syrup - 1 qrt Heavy cream -
1/2 cup Dark Rum or ourbon
Myer's or Negrita

- 3 lb Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 4 oz Corn Syrup
- 2 cups Heavy cream
Cook up to 240 F
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
