     - 7 lemon zests

     - 10 eggs

     - 1 drop vanilla Xtract

     - 400 grs lemon juice

 PASSION FRUIT

      - 400 grs 10X

     - 250 grs butter

     - 10 eggs

     - ¼ liter passion fruit puree

     - 1 drop vanilla Xtract

     - passion fruit seeds

 PECAN PIE

     - 1 ½  Qt light corn syrup

     - 1 Qt sugar

     - 1 Qt eggs

     - ¼  Lb butter

     - vanilla beans

     - toasted pecans

    for the pumpkin mix :

  Combination of:

  - pumkin or butternut squash ,steamed with ,spice blend(see gingerbread),sugar( 50 gr/kg)  butter and water, in the oven at 350 F

  - ½ milk- ½ cream or simply ½ & ½ 

 

     RECIPE

     - 1 liter of pumkin mix

     - 9 egg yolks

     - 100 grs sugar (to taste as well)
