PECAN PIE

     - 2 cup light brown Sugar

     - 1 cup Butter

     - 3 cup Maple Syrup

     - 1 1/2 tsp Salt

     -  9 Eggs

     - 3 Lb chopped Pecan

     - 4 tbsp Bourbon "Wild Turkey"

 

   Whisk brown sugar and naple syrup until combined.

   Add eggs until combined then add salt, melted butter and pecans .

   Finally whisk in Bourbon .

   Pour into prebaked almond tartlets 

   Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 280 F
