|     - 260 gm toasted Pecan    - 500 gm  Brown Sugar    - 450 gm Butter    - 420 gm  Sugar    - 4 Eggs   
         - 2 tsp Vanilla  Extract    -
         2 tsp Salt    - 2 tsp  Baking
         Soda    - 760 Gm A P Flour     - 670 gm  Chocolate Chips  | - Lightly whip butter  and both sugar with paddle -Add
         eggs and vanilla  - Sift ingredients  and add with paddle - Add pecans and chips. - Roll into logs in  parchment. - Slice
         1/4 " thick and bake at 325 F for 8 to 10  minutes.     |
