____Yield : 45  pieces____   - 3 cups ( 470 gm)   All purpose flour  - 1 tbsp  Baking Powder  -
         1 tbsp  Baking Soda  - 1 tbsp
         ground Cinnamon   - 1 tsp
         salt  - 1 1/2 cups  (3 sticks)
         (300 gm) Butter, At room temp.  -
         1 1/2 cups (330 gm) granulated sugar  - 1 1/2 cupc (225 gm) packed light brown Sugar   - 3 eggs  - 1 tbsp  vanilla  -
         3 cups (410 gm) semi-sweet  Chocolate Chips  - 3 cups  (230 gm) old fashioned rolled Oats  - 2 cups  (100 gm) sweetened flake Coconut  - 2 cups  chopped Pecan (8 onces)  | _1_ Heat oven to 350  degrees F  _2_ Mix flour , Baking powder and  soda , cinnamon and salt in bowl  _3_  In a very large  bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer at medium
          speed until smooth  and creamy . Gradually beat in sugar , and  combine thoroughly.   _4_ Add eggs one at the a time , beating after each . Beat in  vanilla 
         _5_Stir in flour mixture until just  combined . Stir
         in chocolate chips , oats , and pecans  _6_
         For each cookie , drop 1/4 cup dough onto ungreased baking  sheets, spacing 3 inches apart.  _7_ Bake for 15 to 17  minutes, until edges are lightly browned ; rotate
         sheets halfway  through.       
            Remove cookies from rack to  cool.    
             Yield :3 to 3 1/2 dozen  cookies  |
