- 6 cups Milk     -14 Eggs     - 2 cups Sugar     - 1 cup Jim_Beam      - 1 cup Cognac Courvoisier      - 1 Vanilla Bean     - 1 qt Heavy Cream     - 8 oz (1 cup) Whipped Cream     Combine milk, half of sugar and vanilla   When mix is close to boiling, whisk together eggs and rest of sugar   When milk mix is finally boiling, slowly add it to egg mix   Return the mixture to the pot and bring to 170 F   Add the ncream and strain   Cool completely before adding the alcohols and the whipped cream  |
