         egg yolks , 50 gm Sugar , Caramel mix . 3 cups Heavy cream   Bottom
         of dish :   Caramel
         Pear Jam   (1kg sugar , water , 8 star anise , 1 kg peeled ripe Bartlett pear
         ,    ½ cup Pear Brandy )  |  Add to basic recipe   1 lemon zest , 1 orange zest , 
         ____cup Suze Liquor  |  10 yolks , ____sweet condensed milk , 3 cup Heavy cream , 1 cup milk   ____tbsp Coffee extract , ____pieces toasted cardamom pods  |  |  GREEN TEA , SCENT OF LIME |  
 Add to basic recipe   1 lime zest , ____tsp Cointreau Liquor 
          And The infusion of :   150 gm milk + ___tbsp
         Green Tea Powder “Matcha”  |  Add to basic recipe 
          The infusion of :   100 gm Milk + ___ tsp Licorice  |  Add to basic recipe   Fresh Vanilla Beans + ___ tbsp grated Black
